(1) Registration must generally be done online or in writing. It is valid unless the Akademie DritteWelle - Lammers & Burmester eGbR issues a cancellation notice. The Akademie DritteWelle will confirm receipt of the registration by email.

(2) Subsequent changes, in particular the retroactive application of discount eligibility, are not possible.

(3) The Akademie DritteWelle - Lammers & Burmester eGbR offers the courses within the framework of its advertised program (location, time, duration, workshop topic), unless the minimum number of participants is not reached.

(4) After reaching the minimum number of participants required for the workshop to take place, the Akademie DritteWelle - Lammers & Burmester eGbR will send all further information to the participants one week before the start of the workshop. You will automatically receive confirmation of your participation by email after booking.

(1) The courses offered by the ThirdWave Academy - Lammers & Burmester eGbR are only open to state-recognized professionals in the health and social care sector and their students. Additional participation requirements or restrictions may apply to individual workshops. 

(2) The courses offered by the ThirdWave Academy - Lammers & Burmester eGbR are not public events. Only properly registered individuals are admitted.

(3) By registering, the participant confirms that they meet the participation requirements. False information entitles the organizer to exclude a participa

(4) The number of participants per workshop is limited to a maximum of 15. Group supervision and self-awareness sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 participants. All registrations are processed in the order they are received. Participants whose registration can no longer be accepted will be notified immediately.

(5) The same applies to workshops that have to be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days before the start of the event.

(6) Should a speaker be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will, if possible, provide a suitable replacement speaker. Otherwise, the participant will be notified immediately.

(7) Requests for alternative bookings in the event of oversubscribed or cancelled workshops will be considered where possible.

(8) The provision of a replacement speaker does not entitle participants to a refund of the participation fees.

Payment of the respective fees must be made before the start of the event, during the booking process. Payment is made either by direct debit or directly by credit card. Payments by bank transfer are due immediately and will not be receipted. A payment that discharges the debt can only be made to the following account:

If the workshop fee is not paid in full and on time, a reminder fee of €8.00 will be charged for each reminder. In the event of a chargeback, bank charges for the returned direct debit will also be charged in addition to the reminder fee.

The participation fee will be invoiced in euros. Payment is due immediately.

Regular fees must be paid by all participants who do not meet the requirements for a discount.
